If you’re reading this, it’s because you’ve decided to “Use Feed Inventory” as your “Inventory Type” and don’t see your feed provider on our list…
…or you have an existing dealer account and need to change their feed provider.
Either way, you’ll need to “Request a New Feed Provider,” and we're here to help!

To Request a New Feed Provider for an existing dealer account:
1. Submit a support ticket through Zendesk.
To Request a New Feed Provider for a new account:
Requesting a New Feed Provider for a new account means that during the onboarding process you chose to “Use Feed Inventory,” and the feed provider you’ve chosen isn’t currently supported by BuyerBridge. But that doesn’t mean we can’t support it.
Under the “Select Feed Provider” field:
1. Select “Click here if you don't see your provider.”
This will trigger the “Request a New Feed Provider” window, and explain the process that goes along with this type of request:
Following the submission of your New Feed Provider Request, we will evaluate the new provider to ensure we can sync with them, then work directly with them to integrate.
If supporting the new provider is feasible, we will follow up with next steps within 48 hours.
Sometimes the process of accepting a new provider requires a lot of communication between our team, yours, and the provider’s, so try your best to be patient.
When the integration is complete, the live data will be tested, confirmed, and you will have visibility of the new inventory in our dashboard to review and complete the onboarding process.
If we determine that supporting them is not feasible, you will be provided with additional details around our analysis.
Before continuing, be sure that you review and are comfortable with the information.
2. Now, click on the Submit Request button.
Submitting this request will give you access to the “Open New Feed Provider Request” form. At this time we ask that you fill out the form to the best of your ability.
Expedite the process by filling out as much information as you can!
3. Click Submit once you are done filling out the form
🎉 You have successfully submitted a Request for a New Feed Provider!
Remember, if supporting the new provider is feasible, we will follow up with next steps within 48 hours.
The process of coordinating integration with a new provider can take up to 2 weeks and requires heavy communication between our team, yours, and the provider’s. Remain patient!
